Genshin Impact 3.7 is set to be released on Wednesday, May 24. The update should follow the usual maintenance schedule for new updates, with 3.7 being released approximately five hours after the server outage at 4 a.m. (BST).

Genshin Impact 3.7 Banners

In the 3.7 update, a new playable character makes his debut: Kirara, a 4-star Dendro sword user who is available in Phase 1. Phase 1 of the 3.7 banner plan begins with the return of Pyro 5-star Yoimiya, depicted in her “Tapestry of Golden Flames” banner, and the return of Electro 5-star Yae Miko, depicted in her Everbloom Violet banner. Kirara will be seen on both Yoimiya and Yae Miko’s banners in Phase 1. She will then be added to the standard banner at the beginning of version 3.8. As usual, the Phase 1 banners will run side by side and will be available from Wednesday, May 24, until their end on Wednesday, June 14. In Phase 2 of the 3.7 banner plan, we have the return of Anemo 5-star Kazuha’s “Leaves in the Wind” banner and the return of Dendro 5-star Alhaitham’s “Beware of Trust” banner. These Phase 2 banners are expected to be valid until Tuesday, July 4.
